Nergiz Temel is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist at MHW Clinic Whitechapel. She sees patients for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. No GP referral required — book directly.
Nergiz Temel is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist working at MHW Clinic Whitechapel. The HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) is the UK statutory regulator for physiotherapists — only registered practitioners may legally use the protected title "Physiotherapist".
At the clinic she sees adults for the full range of common musculoskeletal complaints — back pain, neck pain, shoulder and knee problems, sports injuries, and recovery from surgery. Patients can book directly without a GP referral.
An initial physiotherapy session typically includes a full history, physical assessment, working diagnosis, and the start of a treatment plan tailored to the problem. Follow-up sessions focus on hands-on treatment, structured exercise progression, and education so patients can manage their own recovery between visits.
This profile is being built. A fuller biography — training, years of experience, specialist interests, languages spoken, and HCPC registration number — will appear here shortly. In the meantime please feel free to call the clinic for any specific questions about Nergiz's background and areas of practice.

Common reasons patients book a session with Nergiz. She also sees patients for many conditions not listed here — please ask at booking if you’re unsure.
The first session is typically 45–60 minutes. Nergiz will take a full history of your problem, assess your movement and function, give you a working diagnosis and explain it, and start treatment in the same session. You leave with a clear plan.
Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes — combining hands-on treatment with structured exercise progression. Most patients see meaningful improvement within 3–6 sessions. The plan is reviewed each visit and adjusted as you progress.
If your problem needs imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or a surgical opinion, Nergiz will say so and we can arrange referral on the same day — either to a consultant at MHW Clinic or, where appropriate, back to your NHS GP.
