    Bespoke proposal

    A written proposal with a recommended programme, pricing, and a clear scope of services. Typically delivered within 5 working days.

    Onboarding & setup

    We assign a dedicated account manager, set up booking processes, brief your team and integrate with your HR system if needed. Usually 1–2 weeks.

    Ongoing delivery

    Your team books direct. We deliver care, you receive monthly summaries with anonymised utilisation data and recommendations for the year ahead.

What's the minimum company size you work with?
There's no minimum. We work with sole traders booking executive health checks for one founder, all the way up to companies with 200+ employees on retainer. The right programme just looks different at each scale.
How do you bill — per visit or as a retainer?
Both models are available. Per-visit billing works well for executive health checks and statutory medicals. Monthly retainers work better for GP concierge and ongoing wellbeing programmes. Your proposal will recommend the right structure for your team.
Can my team book directly, or does it go through HR?
Both options are available. For GP concierge and wellbeing services, employees usually book direct via a private booking link. For executive health checks and statutory medicals, HR or PAs typically coordinate. We adapt to your preferred workflow.
Do you offer on-site clinics at our office?
Yes — we deliver a wide range of services on-site at offices in central London. This includes GP consultations, vaccinations, health checks, phlebotomy and minor treatments, set up privately in a meeting room or wellness space. For more complex diagnostics (ultrasound, deep imaging), our Whitechapel clinic remains the most efficient option. We'll recommend the right mix in your proposal.
How do reports and outcomes work?
Individual clinical results stay confidential between the patient and clinician. Aggregate, anonymised data (utilisation rates, common presenting issues, vaccination uptake) is shared monthly with the corporate sponsor. We never share identifiable health information without explicit consent.
What about confidentiality and GDPR?
We're registered with the ICO, operate under UK GDPR, and store records on UK-based encrypted systems (Pabau). Corporate sponsors sign a Data Processing Agreement at onboarding. Full details in our privacy policy.
