Initial assessment

Follow-up sessions
Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes — combining hands-on treatment with structured exercise progression. Most patients see meaningful improvement within 3–6 sessions. The plan is reviewed each visit and adjusted as you progress.
Onward referrals
If your problem needs imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or a surgical opinion, Mizanur will say so and we can arrange referral on the same day — either to a consultant at MHW Clinic or, where appropriate, back to your NHS GP.
