About Eylul Cinar

First contact, in two languages.

Reception isn't just answering phones. For many patients it's the first impression of the clinic — whether they feel welcomed, listened to, and looked after. Eylul brings that warmth to the role, alongside the practical skills needed to handle a busy private practice front desk.

Day-to-day she handles bookings (in-person, by phone, by WhatsApp and via online channels), routes enquiries to the right clinician, helps patients with insurance pre-authorisation paperwork, supports first-time visitors with registration, and manages the flow of patients through the clinic during the working day.

She speaks English and Turkish, which matters for our Turkish-speaking patient base — particularly those new to the UK private healthcare system or unfamiliar with the practical paperwork involved. For anything beyond reception's remit, she'll route you to the right clinician, the Practice Manager, or the right administrative team member.

How to get in touch

The reception team is available 7 days a week, 9am–7pm in person and by phone. Out-of-hours queries are handled by our AI reception system and routed to the team the next working morning.

What we can help with

Bookings across all services, insurance pre-authorisations, registration paperwork, follow-up scheduling, complaints, billing queries, and signposting to the right clinician for your concern.

What we can’t do

Reception and operations staff don’t provide clinical advice. For medical questions, we’ll book you in with the right clinician. For anything urgent and clinical, we’ll signpost to the right service — including A&E where needed.

Our reception team collectively speaks English, Turkish and Bulgarian. We’re used to supporting patients who are new to UK private healthcare and need things explained clearly.
