Dr Pankaj Gupta is a GMC-registered GP with a Special Interest in Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT). He sees patients across general practice and runs the clinic's GP-level ENT consultations — chronic ear infections, sinus problems, allergic rhinitis, hearing concerns and throat symptoms — with onward consultant referral when the case warrants it. He is also part of our hair transplant assessment team.
Dr Gupta is a UK-trained GP who has built additional expertise in ENT through GP-with-Special-Interest (GPwSI) training and years of clinical practice in ear, nose and throat conditions. He provides assessments and management of conditions that don't always require consultant-level surgical input but benefit from someone who sees a lot of them.
His ENT work at the clinic spans chronic earwax and otitis externa, recurrent sinusitis, allergic rhinitis (often alongside our allergy testing service), hoarseness, dysphagia and hearing concerns. Where consultant ENT input is needed — surgery, endoscopic procedures, complex paediatric ENT — he refers to a panel of NHS-trained consultants without commission.
Dr Gupta also forms part of the clinic's hair transplant team, alongside Dr Bolat, Dr Bahl and our technicians, providing the medical consultations and assessments that precede any procedure.
The range of work this clinician does at the clinic. Some appointments are routine; some sit at the boundary of where a specialist referral is needed, and we'll say so.

Year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis, often associated with asthma or eczema. Often combined with our allergy testing pathway (skin-prick, specific IgE blood tests via TDL) for a structured management plan.

Services Dr Pankaj regularly delivers. Each links to a dedicated page with scope, what's included, and how to book.
Most consultations are 30–45 minutes for an initial assessment, shorter for follow-ups. You’ll be seen in a single appointment, with bloods, ECG or other tests (if needed) usually done on the same visit.
Results from on-site tests are typically back within 24–48 hours via TDL (our laboratory partner). Follow-up consultations are scheduled to discuss results, refine treatment, or make onward referrals. With your consent, we write to your NHS GP so your record stays joined-up.
Where your case needs a different specialist, Dr Pankaj refers to a panel of trusted clinicians across London — matched to your specific need. We don’t take commission or referral fees from any external provider.
The clinic is recognised by major UK private medical insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna and WPA. Pre-authorisation is usually required. For self-pay patients, fees are confirmed before any test, procedure or report is started. Full pricing is on our price list.
