Dr Abedini is a GMC-registered Consultant Cardiologist who has been on the UK Specialist Register for Cardiology since 2013. His clinical practice covers the full range of adult cardiology — from new symptom assessment through to managing established cardiac conditions and pre-operative risk evaluation.
Patients see him for symptoms such as chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness or syncope; for cardiovascular risk assessment based on family history or raised cholesterol; or for review of ECG and echocardiogram findings from other settings.
He is honest with patients about which symptoms need urgent (A&E) attention versus outpatient cardiology workup, and which presentations are common, benign and don't need extensive investigation. The clinic provides resting ECG on-site, with echocardiogram and other cardiac imaging arranged through trusted London partners.
The range of work this clinician does at the clinic. Some appointments are routine; some sit at the boundary of where a specialist referral is needed, and we'll say so.

Services Dr Alireza regularly delivers. Each links to a dedicated page with scope, what's included, and how to book.
Most consultations are 30–45 minutes for an initial assessment, shorter for follow-ups. You’ll be seen in a single appointment, with bloods, ECG or other tests (if needed) usually done on the same visit.
Results from on-site tests are typically back within 24–48 hours via TDL (our laboratory partner). Follow-up consultations are scheduled to discuss results, refine treatment, or make onward referrals. With your consent, we write to your NHS GP so your record stays joined-up.
Where your case needs a different specialist, Dr Alireza refers to a panel of trusted clinicians across London — matched to your specific need. We don’t take commission or referral fees from any external provider.
The clinic is recognised by major UK private medical insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna and WPA. Pre-authorisation is usually required. For self-pay patients, fees are confirmed before any test, procedure or report is started. Full pricing is on our price list.
