Elif Zeynep Özbey

Elif Zeynep Özbey holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Boğaziçi University, graduating with high honours. She began her career in academia, working as a research assistant for three years, before moving into applied practice with children, teachers, and parents.

Her work bridges research and real-life impact. She has contributed to academic publications, taken part in media discussions, and spent two years working as a teacher in London, gaining direct insight into diverse educational settings and family dynamics.

Elif is the founder of Turkey’s first Digital Quotation Association, with a specialist focus on children’s screen use and identity development in digital environments. She was also selected as a finalist among Turkey’s Top 10 Most Successful Young People and is a licensed bridge player.

She is currently working with My Health and Wellbeing as a Parent Support Adviser. In this role, she supports families in navigating everyday parenting challenges through evidence-based, practical guidance. Her work focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping parents respond confidently to issues such as behaviour, communication, and the impact of the digital world on children’s development.
