Priority access at launch
We’ll launch with a capped number of founding member places. Waitlist members get first refusal before we open more broadly.
We’re designing Memberships — a recurring monthly membership that gives families predictable, responsive access to private primary care, without the per-visit guesswork. We’re collecting interest now so we can build the right product around the right people.
Most private clinics charge per appointment — which works fine for a one-off issue, but starts to feel awkward when a family has three kids, one parent with a chronic condition, and a need to call the doctor more than once a quarter.
We see this pattern every week: families who would benefit from continuity, easy access, and predictable monthly costs, but who hesitate to call because they’re unsure whether the issue is “worth” an appointment fee.
Predictable cost should not be a barrier to early care. A monthly membership solves that — one fixed cost, one place to call, one team that knows your family.
That’s what we’re designing. And we’d rather build it with our future members than for them.
These are the benefits we’re currently designing. Final details depend on waitlist feedback — we won’t lock anything in until we know it’s right for our families.
Members get priority access to same-day or next-day appointments, including evenings and weekends.
Direct WhatsApp access to a clinician for non-urgent questions during clinic hours. No more waiting on hold or unsure if it’s “worth” calling.
Once a year, every adult member gets a comprehensive health check with bloods, ECG, BP, BMI, lifestyle review and personalised plan.
Where possible, you see the same clinician for follow-ups. We hold your records. We remember context. We don’t start every visit from zero.
Reduced fees on services not included in the membership — ultrasound, minor surgery, aesthetic procedures, mental health assessments.
Family plans include children under 18 living at the same address — from GP appointments to school illness letters to travel vaccinations.
Important. These are proposed benefits, not finalised terms. Specific limits, exclusions, pricing and conditions will be confirmed before launch. Membership will be a private commercial service and does not replace NHS registration. Subject to clinic capacity and our Terms & Conditions.
We’ll launch with a capped number of founding member places. Waitlist members get first refusal before we open more broadly.
Anyone who joins from the waitlist will receive a founding member rate that remains fixed for as long as their membership stays active.
We’re running short interviews with waitlist members to understand what would actually be useful. Your input becomes part of the launch plan.
Send us a message with your family size and which benefits matter most to you. We’ll add you to the waitlist and send you a short follow-up when we’re ready for input.
By joining the waitlist you consent to us holding your contact details for the purpose of updates about Memberships at MHW Clinic. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
We’re targeting autumn 2026. Final timing depends on the size of the waitlist and the operational set-up. We’ll email everyone on the waitlist well before any launch announcement.
We don’t have final pricing yet — that depends on which benefits make it into the final plan and the cost of delivering them. We’re aiming for clear, fair monthly rates with no surprise fees. Waitlist members will see pricing first.
The plan is being designed for individuals, couples, and families based primarily in East London (Tower Hamlets, City, Hackney, Newham and surrounds) — close enough to attend the clinic when needed. We’re likely to offer individual and family tiers.
No. Memberships are a private service designed to complement, not replace, your NHS registration. We will not provide NHS-funded prescriptions, NHS referrals to NHS hospitals, or any other NHS service. You should remain registered with an NHS GP.
The final cancellation terms will be confirmed at launch. We’re committed to making cancellation simple and fair — no long lock-in contracts and no exit fees.
Existing patients can absolutely join the plan. We’ll likely run a separate waitlist segment for existing patients so we can prioritise where it makes sense.
We send you a short confirmation. Over the following weeks, we’ll send 1-2 short emails asking about which benefits matter most to you — this directly shapes the plan. When we’re close to launch, you’ll be first to see pricing, terms, and how to sign up.
No, it’s a service membership — you pay a monthly fee for access to a defined set of services from our clinic. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatments delivered elsewhere. For health insurance, providers like Bupa, AXA and Vitality offer different products.
No commitment. Just a quick message. We’ll keep you in the loop as we build this.
